An illusion of an apology

Please read carefully, carefully... what Shatter said.

Why is this being described as an apology to the whistleblowers? This is nothing but a clever use of words to mislead and create an illusion of an apology. Shatter at no stage apologises either directly or sincerely to Wilson or McCabe. Why haven’t the media picked up on this?

Fear of Shatter? Fear of the Government? !

It is not justice to these whistleblowers, that Shatter is let off with a cleverly worded, half-baked, illusion of an apology. If you cannot spot the illusion, you need to brush up on basic English.
