We cannot be bought off
Do they honestly believe that the thousands of people who object to the erection of these pylons can be bought off?
That they will suddenly forget their concerns about the negative health implications to man and beast of these pylons?
That they will suddenly forget their concerns about the destruction of our heritage and landscape? That they will suddenly forget their concerns about the loss of value of their property? And all for ‘filthy lucre’?
Do not underestimate the strength, commitment and determination of the people. This divide-and-conquer tactic is an insult that will only serve to further strengthen our determination to stop pylons being erected.
