Outrageously, obstacles have been put in the path of the investigation, chaired by Gráinne McMorrow SC, which also encountered repeated delays.

Showing extraordinary persistence, she has continued the probe despite not being paid by the Department of Justice for three years. Despite getting an interim payment, she is still owed the bulk of her salary. What kind of a country is this?
