Violence is no solution

As children growing up we were told by our parents “violence is not the solution to any problem”.

It is unfortunate that successive presidents of the United States did not have the benefit of such wise counsel.

In addition to the hundreds of thousands of innocent men, women and children, many thousands of United States service men and women would be alive today.
