Vote for what’s right

I cannot really understand all the commotion about a free vote.

In my view, our TDs already have a free vote. We gave it to them. We do not vote a list system as we vote PR single transferable vote.

We place our mark, or marks, opposite the candidate’s name/photograph in the order of our choice. In other words, we place our trust in people who live in our constituency to represent us in our national parliament.
