Apple’s low tax is unfair advantage

The Government and Apple have engineered a tax dispensation so Apple pays very little tax and has an unfair advantage in the marketplace.

The Government has denied wrong-doing, as they always do when international charges are made against them.

The Irish state is corrupt and can be as unlawful as any other country.

The Apple tax racket is contrary to EU law and may land the Government in hot water, with their own Revenue Commissioners, and at the highest levels in the EU, which may demand fairness.

At just 2% corporate tax, Apple have a massive advantage over other companies in Ireland, who must pay 12%.

This may be the opening up of a Pandora’s box for the Irish tax system.

Irish laws are malleable, in a ‘fascist’ state that supports criminal activity and the highest degrees of discrimination.
