Archbishop Desmond Tutu has called for George Bush and Tony Blair be held accountable by International Criminal Court, Hague, in relation to invasion of Iraq.

He may have a point, but the US only agreed to the setting up of this court on stipulation that no US Citizen could be brought before it.
