FitzGerald a true gent and honest politician

IT was a shock to learn of Dr Garret FitzGerald’s passing.

He was a true gentleman and honest politician. It’s a shame we don’t have or have very few honest politicians today. I hope we get a statue of this man erected in the Dáil grounds as a reminder to the future politicians and the presently retired ones, that country and citizens come before your party and pocket.
