Lowry damages FG

WHEN elected, Fine Gael already faced a very hard fight in terms of economy and integrity.

The Moriarty findings against Lowry deservedly damaged FG, whose promises to be different are now shattered. They promised to heal the country, instead of which the Lowry disgrace, and the cost of uncovering it, has now further damaged it. Worse, still, is the fact that all of this happened during FG’s last time in government.
