Echo chamber

ANYTIME I watch Dáil proceedings on TV I notice rows and rows of empty seats.

It seems TDs can’t be bothered to listen to each other.

Apparently they have some agreement that precludes showing rows of empty seats on TV.

Why not put little boxes in the top left corner of the screen – like a football match – showing how many members of each party are actually in the chamber?
