Zionist excuses

IN his letter (June 3), Patrick Geaney professes himself “sickened” by Foreign Minister Micheál Martin’s statements on the Gaza aid flotilla attack. Who could be sickened by mere words of mild censure, yet finds nothing to say about civilians being shot dead?

One of the people on the boats was a Holocaust survivor – would Mr Geaney consider that he too is anti-semitic?

Mr Geaney’s pathetic excuses when faced with blatant state-backed murder typifies the cynical intellectual gymnastics of the Zionist lobby in this country.

The Israelis aren’t content to bully and kill anyone weaker than themselves – afterwards, they compound it by churning out propaganda so ridiculously brazen that Goebbels must be spinning in his grave.
