How can they tell?

THE ESRI’s forecasts for an improved economy are as worthless as looking into a crystal ball. Aren’t these the same people who have also declared that the €73bn required for bailouts is “manageable”?

I would get as much insight from listening to what my neighbourhood cats have to tell me about the future.
