IS it any wonder our roads are so unsafe. Watching Traffic Blues (RTÉ 1, June 14) would make any driving instructor wonder why he or she had to give the RSA €800 to qualify as an approved driving instructor (ADI) when the gardaí are not prosecuting provisional licence-holders for driving unaccompanied and, in some cases, without L-plates.
