Where to cut next

THE Government is so considerate of the middle-income taxpayer in proposing to cut the Christmas bonus for social welfare recipients this year.

Can it do the same for children’s allowance, free college fees and medical cards so undeservedly given to the tax-evasive super-rich? Indeed, I would demand that these people repay them.
