Will the definition of “gender balance” extend to the party’s policies and whether they have a men’s as well as a women’s section?

In the Labour party’s last election manifesto, there were 28 references to women in various contexts but only four to men, each time in the phrase “men and women”, eg, “equality between men and women”, “men and women of Easter Week”, etc.
