Media on a roll

HAS a new type of pastry been launched? I frequently hear in the media a reference to “rolling out” BreastCheck. Just as well it’s being “rolled out” in the media as it doesn’t seem to be possible to roll it out in too many other places. Could it be a ‘short crust’?
