My 4WD is a necessity — not a fashion item

I DRIVE a Toyota Landcruiser 3.0D not because it’s a fashion accessory but because I need to. I have a horse and need to move him around using a horsebox.

Following Government, insurance and manufacturer guidelines, there are only a few vehicles that can safely tow such a weight — all of them large engined jeeps. The jeep is our only family car as well.

I am tired of being portrayed as some kind of nutter out to destroy the world because I am trying to protect my family and other road-users by using the correct vehicle for the job.
