Old answer to great evil visible on our streets

IT HAS been tragic to read in the Irish Examiner about the cocaine deaths in recent few weeks.

The fact is that the drug and alcohol problem is not new here. Having scraped through my early 20s, I can only consider myself blessed that my family never had to go through what the families who have lost loved ones to drugs are going through this Christmas.

On our city streets, the presence of a great evil is all too visible with people collapsing in front of our eyes.
