Government fails the driving test

I AM a Leaving Cert student at Coláiste Choilm, Ballincollig, in Co Cork.

I am 18-years-old and have been the holder of a provisional driving licence for almost a year. I have also applied for my driving test.

I am outraged by the proposed changes. I fully agree that provisional license-holders should not be allowed drive anything more powerful than a one-litre car and that they must drive below the standard speed limit.
