Screw loose at the top

SO two sisters are reported to have charged the Pentagon almost $500,000 to ship three machine screws costing $1.31 each to the Marines in Iraq.

The sisters made one mistake — they should have sent them to the commander-in-chief in the White House where they are definitely needed.
