Leaks turn tribunal’s workings into a farce
Yet in recent time, in the wake of damaging leaks of confidential tribunal documentation, the parties seem more concerned with claims and counter-claims about who leaked what to whom than with paying any heed to Judge Mahon’s firm direction that such leaks are not only illegal but extremely unhelpful to his work.
It seems to me that either the rules of the tribunal should be strictly adhered to or the whole thing should be dissolved and people left free to defend their reputations against leaks and malicious attacks.
