Joyriders on the web – Behaviour puts others’ lives at risk

THE pictures tell it all. Frightening images of so-called joyriders, racing in stolen cars through the streets of Dublin, speak volumes about the arrogant disregard of mindless young criminals for either the law or the safety of others.

What sets these pictures apart is they were taken by the culprits as they sped through Inchicore and were sent to the Youtube website.

Hopefully, this outrageous and dangerous behaviour will not trigger copycat incidents. Otherwise, fatalities are inevitable.
