Bertie’s disinformation campaign off to a flying start

THE Taoiseach is single-handedly redefining the term ‘brass neck'.

Recently he accused the Greens of robbing FF’s environmental policies (laughable, but not true); next he told us legal challenges were to blame for the delayed M3 (again risible, and blatantly untrue); finally he would have us believe the opposition are to blame for the e-voting debacle.

IT augurs poorly for the election if the country’s leader is allowed to peddle such bald distortions and disinformation without challenge.
