Great to see Croker join the big league
We should all raise a glass or two to the making of a wonderful piece of sensible Irish history on Sunday last — the introduction of professional rugby to Ireland’s one and only state-of-the-art arena, Croke Park.
The country’s Rolls Royce Stadium built on massive injections of taxpayers money, but grossly underused as a sports venue, has at last reached its full potential.
