Fly-by spy  is mapping radon and resources

A LOW-FLYING airplane, which seems to almost touch the chimneys of houses and the roofs of farm buildings. It’s a sight that’s being witnessed in many parts of the country at present.

Operating at an altitude of around 50m — you rarely see anything flying so low — these fly-bys have councillors crying ‘spy in the sky’ and raising fears that officialdom is, yet again, trying to spot illegal backyard burning, or some such activities.
