Exactly 10 years ago this week, the UK voted to leave the European Union and Brexit was born. At the time, there were predictions that the decision could spell economic disaster for Ireland, but that did not come to pass.

The UK itself, however, has faced significant economic and political challenges in the years since. But how much of that can be attributed to Brexit?
