New Year's resolutions

In our latest readers' Personal Insights submission Maura O’Shea reveals her own personal take on the year gone by and expresses the hope that amidst the predictable collection of good and bad which awaits us all in 2021 we will continue, at least, to lend a listening ear and a supportive word where it is needed.

Lately I heard someone say "Can we just all agree not to write the 'Looking back on 2020' articles". I get that, I really do. There is so much we would rather forget.
