Met Éireann warns of 'localised flooding' as yellow warning in place for three counties

A Status Yellow warning for rain has been issued for three counties, with Met Éireann saying that heavy downpours may lead to flooding. 

The warning for Waterford, Wexford, and Wicklow, will come into effect at midnight on Tuesday and remain in place until 6pm.
