Five people have been injured following a four-vehicle crash involving three trucks in Co Cork.
Gardaí and emergency services attended the scene of the collision — which also involved a car — on the N25 at Ballyhobert, Youghal, on Tuesday.
A spokesperson said that five people have been conveyed to hospital with injuries which are believed to be non-life threatening.
The incident occurred at around 6.55am and the road had been closed for a number of hours, causing traffic delays for commuters. The road has since reopened, gardaí said.
"Investigations are ongoing," gardaí added.
