Man, 50s, arrested after teenager stabbed in Co Kerry housing estate 

The youth, who is aged in his late teens, was taken to University Hospital Kerry with serious injuries. His condition has since been stabilised.

A teenager has been stabbed in a housing estate in Caherciveen, Co Kerry, in the early hours of Monday morning.

Gardaí were called to the Fertha Drive housing estate in the town at 2.20am.
