Gardaí call off search for missing Limerick man after body found

Update 17/11: After the discovery of a body on Inis Oirr in Galway on Monday, the missing person appeal for Robert Funke has been stood down.

Original piece 09/11/23: Gardaí are asking the public to help them find a man who has been missing in Limerick since Sunday.

23-year-old Robert Funke was last seen in the Dromroe Village area of Castletroy in Limerick city.

Robert is said to be approximately six foot in height with a slim build and green eyes. 

He has brown hair which has recently been dyed black.

Gardaí and Robert's family are concerned for his welfare.
