Man charged in relation to incident where car drives into teenagers in Skerries
A car strikes people in Skerries following fighting involving a number of people on Saturday night
A man has been charged in relation to an incident in Skerries, Co Dublin where a car was driven at a number of people.
Gardaí said they responded to reports of a public order incident at Harbour Road at around 9.30pm on Saturday night, when a large number of youths gathered before an altercation broke out.
A car was then driven at a number of people. Three teenagers, two females and one male, were taken to Beaumont Hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
A fourth male was later reported to have also been injured.
The man in his 20s was arrested on Sunday in connection with this investigation.
He is now due to appear before Balbriggan District Court on Monday morning at 10.30am.
A garda spokesperson said investigations are ongoing.
