A young man attending a Garda station allegedly threatened to behead another man who was present in the public office, and while the threatened man tried to avoid eye contact with him, he produced a knife and walked up behind him.

Sergeant Gary Brennan alleged Emmanuel Ibrahim only turned away when he noticed a member of An Garda Síochána appearing in the area.
