A woman claimed to gardaí that her ex-husband threatened to drive over her during a disputed interaction at a child access arrangement.

This was the allegation made at an in-camera hearing of Cork District Court for cases brought under the Domestic Violence Act. The man was arrested and charged but there was no objection to bail.
