“We are still heartbroken; I feel let down; I put all my trust in them.” 

These are the words of Tipperary widow, Geraldine Connolly, as she settled for €600,000 a High Court action against the HSE over the death of her husband at Cork University Hospital five days after he had been airlifted there following a traffic accident.
