'Anti-Tusla' group helped teenage boy abscond to UK, court told

A teenage boy who was in care here absconded to the UK with the help of a member of an "anti-Tusla" group, a court heard.

Tusla, the Child and Family Agency (Tusla), sought his return from England where he was in care but the boy opposed the return.
