Two men have been arrested following the discovery of a cannabis grow house in Co Mayo.

Gardaí seized a number of cannabis plants worth €432,800 during a search in the Killala area, yesterday evening.

The drugs seized will now undergo further analysis with Forensic Science Ireland.

The two men, one in his 30s and the other in his 20s, are being held at a Garda station in the west of the country under Section 2 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1996.
