Man, 44, denies murder of Clare pensioner in London

Clare native Thomas O'Halloran, 87, who had been riding a mobility scooter on Cayton Road, Greenford, in west London, when he was stabbed to death.

A man has denied fatally stabbing an elderly Irishman in London last August.

Lee Byer, 44, pleaded not guilty to the murder of 87-year-old Thomas O'Halloran in Greenford, west London, on August 16 when the Ennistymon, Clare native was on a mobility scooter rider.
