'Ireland wraps their arms around you': Funeral details announced for teen killed in scrambler crash
The late Grace Lynch who died after being hit by a scrambler bike in Dublin.
Funeral details have been announced for Grace Lynch, the teenage girl who died after being struck by a scrambler motorbike in Dublin on Sunday.
The 16-year-old was remembered as a young lady with a "bubbly personality".
Her removal will take place on Friday morning to St Oliver Plunkett's Church, Rivermount, and will arrive for funeral mass at 11am. Her burial will follow in Dardistown Cemetery.
She died in Connolly Hospital in Blanchardstown after being severely injured in the accident which occurred on the Ratoath Road in Finglas on Sunday afternoon.
She was on her way to meet friends when she was hit by the bike.
Since the news of her passing broke, tributes have been pouring in for Grace.
"I miss seeing you everyday our sweet girl. I love you and miss your funny laugh and your bubbly personality. Rest in peace Grace," a friend wrote in tribute.
"Deepest condolences to you Siobhan, your husband and your children on the passing of your beautiful Grace. I can't even imagine how you are getting through this nightmare. The whole of Ireland wraps their arms around you all. May Grace gentle soul. Rest in eternal peace," another tribute said.
The funeral details have been announced as Keith Lee, aged 18, appeared in court on Tuesday.
He is charged with causing the death of the teenage girl in a crash involving a scrambler motorbike in Dublin on Sunday.
