Worried school bus drivers call for action over children's lack of care around leaving buses

Bus drivers have warned parents they are witnessing children disembarking unsafely from school buses and called for action before there is a tragedy.

John Kavanagh, who leads the school bus fleet at Kilkenny-based Kavanagh's Coaches, said the company’s school bus drivers are very concerned with the lack of care being taken by children exiting buses and crossing in front of vehicles.
