'It's just devastating': Mother and daughter killed in Donegal crash named locally

The mother and daughter who were killed in a road crash in Co Donegal have been named locally as Natalie and Ella McLaughlin. 

The collision between a car and a van occurred on Wednesday evening at Glentogher outside Carndonagh.
