Teenager taken to hospital with serious injuries after car and truck collide in Louth

A man aged in his late teens has been seriously injured following a collision involving a car and a truck in Co Louth.
The incident occurred on the N33 at Harristown at 11.45pm on Tuesday.
The driver of the car, a young man in his late teens, was taken to Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Drogheda to be treated for serious injuries.
There were no other injuries reported.
Gardaí are appealing for witnesses to the incident to come forward.
Any road users who may have camera footage (including dash-cam) from the area between 11.30pm and 12am is asked to make it available to gardaí.
