'Bizarre' for US to implement new tariffs on EU during negotiations, says Harris

It would be "bizarre" for the US to implement new tariffs on pharmaceuticals in the midst of talks with the EU, Tánaiste Simon Harris has said.

Mr Harris said the EU is engaging in "good faith" with the US and urged against the introduction of tariffs on pharmaceuticals.
