Two young men killed, two others critically injured as car crashes into house in Donegal

Two young men have been killed and two others are in a critical condition in hospital following a single-vehicle crash in Co Donegal.
The collision happened when the lone vehicle involved collided with the gable wall of a house in the townland of Baltoney, Gortahork at approximately 9.30pm on Friday night.
The driver of the vehicle, a male in his teens, sustained fatal injuries in the collision and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
A rear seat passenger, a male in his 20s, was also pronounced dead at the scene. Both have been removed from the scene to the mortuary at Letterkenny University Hospital where autopsies will take place in due course.
The front seat passenger, a man aged in his 20s, and the male rear seat passenger, who is in his teens, also sustained serious injuries. They are now undergoing treatment to Letterkenny University Hospital.
The road where the crash took place is currently closed and local diversions have been put in place. A technical examination of the scene due to be carried out by Garda Forensic Collision Investigators later today.
Investigating gardaí have issued an appeal for witnesses. Any road users with camera footage who were travelling in the townland of Baltoney between 9.00pm and 9.30pm in Friday night have been asked to make this footage available.
