Gardaí investigating Kyran Durnin murder complete search at Drogheda house

Gardaí investigating the disappearance and murder of Kyran Durnin have completed searches at a house in Drogheda.
The results of the search will not be released for "operational purposes."
According to gardaí, the purpose of the search was "to discover any evidence which might provide us with information as to Kyrans’ current whereabouts or what has happened to Kyran".
Kyran, who would now be aged eight, was reported missing by his grandmother on August 30 last.
Gardaí subsequently said the boy had been taken out of his school in Dundalk at the end of May 2022, when he would have been six, and had not been seen alive since.
Gardaí are continuing to appeal to anyone who has any information in connection with the disappearance of Kyran.
In a statement a Garda spokesperson urged the public to "not rule out any information that you may have."
"Please do not assume that the investigation team know the information that you may have.
"Any information, no matter how insignificant it may seem, will be welcomed by the investigation team. This information will be treated in the strictest confidence.

Investigations are ongoing.
