Clare asylum seeker accommodation branded unsafe, overcrowded and prone to violence

Tented accommodation for international protection applicants in Clare has been branded unsafe in a report by the Health Information and Quality Authority.

The inspection report on Knockalisheen was among nine to be published by Hiqa on Monday and examined conditions in permanent and tented accommodation at the Clare site.
