Number of people supported by homelessness charity rose 12.5% last year

Focus Ireland helped 1,757 households to either keep their home or support their exit from homelessness.

The number of people supported by homelessness charity Focus Ireland increased by 12.5% last year.

According to the charity's annual report for 2023, published on Tuesday, Focus Ireland supported more than 18,000 people during 2023, 2,000 more than the total it supported in 2022.
