Family of Dublin stabbing victim hope five-year-old will leave intensive care before end of year
Candles and tributes left following a vigil held outside Gaelscoil Cholaiste Mhuire school on Parnell Square, Dublin following the attack on Parnell Square East last month.
The family of a five-year-old girl who was seriously injured in a stabbing attack in Dublin last month have said she is “still fighting” and they hope she can move out of intensive care before the end of the year.
The incident outside Gaelscoil Cholaiste Mhuire in Dublin City Centre on November 23 saw a man armed with a knife injure several children. Creche worker Leanne Flynn also suffered serious injuries in the attack.
