RTÉ fixes €290,000 travel tender error

RTÉ said an error in entering the item in the new e-tendering system led to the estimated cost being listed as €1.

RTÉ has been forced to amend the value of a corporate travel tender after it had been mistakenly labelled as €1 rather than €290,000.

The broadcaster is seeking to contract corporate travel services from travel companies, which would include travel for covering news and sports events.
