Minister flags possible charging ‘frustrations’ for urban electric car users

People in rural Ireland may benefit more than those in urban settings from using electric vehicles, Minister for Transport, Climate and Communications Eamon Ryan has suggested.

The Green Party leader said this was because in urban areas, people would face the “frustration” of not being able to charge their electric vehicles (EVs) at home due to not having a driveway.
